Outship AI Terms of Service

Last updated: October 13, 2026

Welcome to Outship AI! These Terms of Service (the “Terms” or the “Agreement”) constitute a legal contract between you (“you” or the “User”) and Outship AI. This Agreement governs your use of Outship AI’s proprietary platform, including its hosted services and downloadable software, which help companies assess engineering candidates (each assessment is an “Assessment,” and the information it produces is “Candidate Data”). This document outlines the nature of our business relationship, the services we provide, and the permitted uses of those services and their products. By accessing or using Outship AI’s website, platform, APIs, products, or services (collectively, the “Services”), or any Candidate Data, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies incorporated by reference.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY:

By registering for the Services or by downloading, installing, or otherwise accessing or using them, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms, and you agree to be legally bound by them, including Outship AI’s Privacy Policy.

ARBITRATION NOTICE. Disputes under these Terms will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration as outlined in the Arbitration section below. By accepting these Terms, you and Outship AI each waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in any class action or representative proceeding. You give up your right to go to court, except in small claims court. Your rights will be determined by a neutral arbitrator, not a judge or jury.

If you do not agree to all terms and conditions of this Agreement, you must not access or use the Services.

The Services are only available to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using any of the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18. If you are under 18, you must stop using the Services immediately. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information related to our Services.
